Behavior & Identity Investigator • Keynote Speaker • Author • Creator of the RESET Methodology

Helping people understand why they think, feel, and behave the way they do—so they can consciously choose who they become next.

Behavior Leaves Clues

Most personal development teaches you to change your thoughts.

My work teaches you to investigate them.

Because thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors do not appear out of nowhere.

They are shaped by experiences, adaptations, and stories your brain created along the way.

The question is not:

“What’s wrong with me?”

The question is:

“What happened that taught my brain this was necessary?”

When you understand the story behind the behavior, you gain the power to consciously choose what comes next.

The RESET Methodology

RESET is the framework I created to help people uncover the hidden stories shaping their thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and identity.

Through awareness, nervous system understanding, and intentional choice, RESET helps people move from surviving their life to consciously creating it.

Why I Believe This Works

Before RESET became a methodology, it was my own journey.

After years of chronic stress, over-responsibility, health challenges, and losing myself in who everyone needed me to be, I discovered something:

Healing was never about becoming someone new.

It was about understanding who I became to survive—and choosing who I wanted to become next.

Today, that same philosophy guides every keynote, book, podcast conversation, and coaching experience I create.

Real Stories. Lasting Transformation.

Here’s what happens when people stop surviving and start reconnecting with themselves.

“Before working with Monica, I felt completely stuck—drained, uncertain, and unsure what I truly needed to move forward. I was showing up for everyone else but couldn’t seem to find clarity or direction for myself. Deep down, I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to begin.

Through her Rise and Thrive Coaching, Monica helped me slow down, reflect, and finally reconnect with what mattered most. Her structure, encouragement, and faith-rooted guidance gave me the space to pause long enough to hear myself again. The tools she shared weren’t just motivational—they were practical, deeply personal, and exactly what I needed to realign my mind, body, and purpose.

By the end of our time together, I felt lighter, clearer, and more confident in the woman I was becoming. I didn’t just gain direction—I rediscovered belief in myself. This experience reminded me that I was never behind; I was simply being prepared for my next chapter.”

“Before coaching with Monica, I was stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and second-guessing. I played small, held back from opportunities, and convinced myself I wasn’t ready—when in truth, I was just afraid to fail. I felt unseen, disconnected from my confidence, and unsure of how to move forward.

Over the six weeks we worked together, everything began to change. Monica challenged me with compassion and belief—she saw strength and potential in me that I couldn’t yet see in myself. Her trauma-informed, faith-rooted approach helped me release old fears, quiet the noise of self-doubt, and step into who I was created to be.

By the end of the program, I wasn’t the same woman who started. I walked away more grounded, confident, and clear about my purpose and direction. Monica’s support didn’t just help me grow—it reminded me that I was already capable of so much more than I realized.”
