Why I Created RESET

For years, I believed the answer was to work harder, push through, and become a better version of myself.

But no matter how much I achieved, healed, learned, or accomplished, I kept coming back to the same question:

Why do I still feel disconnected from myself?

The answer was not found in becoming someone new.

It was found in understanding who I became in order to survive.

RESET was born from that journey.

Through navigating chronic stress, health challenges, identity shifts, and my own transformation, I discovered that lasting change required more than changing my habits.

It required understanding the beliefs, patterns, and survival strategies that shaped them.

Today, RESET combines lived experience, trauma-informed principles, nervous system awareness, and identity work to help others investigate their own stories and consciously choose what comes next.
